Chapter 6: Soil and Living Organisms

Take some time during your CE hours to evaluate the soil at your site.  

  • Observe or ask about practices that are used at your site to conserve and build soil.
  • Make a list of non-cultivated species that are growing around the site.
  • Take a soil test as described on page 60 of EUG.
