Client Presentation

The presentation takes the information generated from the process and puts it together in an informative, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing package. Aside from including the required presentation elements, presentations should demonstrate the competencies listed below

  • Slides demonstrate proficiency with accessing and utilizing the capabilities of presentation software
  • Images are correct in lighting, focus, color balance, and exposure
  • Slide layouts demonstrate fluency with visual design principles and elements throughout
  • Slides follow a logical progression and support/enhance the verbal component
  • The spoken word is clear, easy to understand, and appropriate in volume
  • Transitions between speaking parts of different group members is smooth and logical
  • Body language shows confidence

    • To-scale Base Map and Summary of constraints and opportunities (short narrative) (group 2)
    • Sector/Flowzone Overlay and analysis (group 3)
    • Scale of Permanence Analysis (you know who)

  • SMART goals
  • Master plan consisting of
    • Proposed site plan
    • Planting Plan
